COSCO SHIPPING HEAVY INDUSTRY (GUANGDONG) CO., LTD. (hereinafter called “CHI (Guangdong)”), founded in 1970, is a subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING HEAVY INDUSTRY which belongs to the world’s first-class shipping enterprise CHINA COSCO SHIPPING CORPORATION LIMITED. It is an ideally base of COSCO SHIPPING HEAVY INDUSTRY for ship & offshore engineering newbuilding and ship repair & conversion in south of China.

CHI(Guangdong) is focus on “Being the world leading and domestic first-class shipyard, become the professional provider for new energy equipment”, has already established the product structure for three major sections: ship repair & conversion, ship & offshore engineering newbuilding, and new energy equipment manufacturing.

With annual capacity of more than 310 ships, CHI(Guangdong) always stands on the top of China in ship repair & conversion section; In newbuilding section, CHI(Guangdong) also has extensive experience on various merchant vessel, special purpose vessel and offshore engineering, including Bulk Carrier, Container Ship, Livestock Carrier, Dredger, Semi-submersible Tender Drilling Rig, Scientific Survey Vessel, OSV (PSV/AHTS/ERRV) and CTV etc. Meanwhile, CHI(Guangdong) is developing the new energy equipment as well, including wind farm floating platform, wind-turbine foundation, wave power generation platform and offshore module etc.

02  業務板塊（BUSINESS SCOPE）
 

公司三大主業板塊為海洋工程裝備建造、船舶建造和船舶修理改裝。
 

建造產品主要船型有：散貨船、支線集裝箱船、油輪、化學品船、牲畜運輸船、綜合地質調查船、挖泥船、三用工作船、平臺供應船、應急響應救援船、深海原油中轉船、半潛式輔助鉆井平臺等多種類型船舶建造和海洋工程產品。
 

改裝產品涵蓋FSO系列改裝、半潛船系列改裝、油輪改散貨船、散貨改自卸船、大型集裝箱船球鼻艏系列改裝、水泥船改裝；船舶修理主要涵蓋滾裝船、海洋工程船、瀝青船、集裝箱船、多用途船、油輪、化學品船、雜貨船等各種主流船型。
 

2020年，公司積極響應國家新能源發展戰略，利用良好的硬件設施、便利的地理位置和豐富的項目經驗，全面進軍新能源裝備制造業務，重點拓展新能源、海洋經濟、路橋和大型設備所涉鋼結構業務市場，相關產品主要有風電浮式平臺，波浪能發電平臺，海上風電導管架、風機塔筒、升壓站，海上養殖觀光平臺、鋼管樁、模塊，路橋及吊車鋼結構等。

It is focused and has extensive experience on building special purpose vessel and offshore support vessel, including Livestock Carrier, Dredger, Scientific Survey Ship, OSV(PSV/AHTS/ERRV), CTV, Tender Rig, Oil tanker, Chemical Tanker, Container Ship, Bulk Carrier etc.

And it has rich experience for conversion, such as FSO, semi-submerged ship, container, concrete ship. The annual capacity of ship repairs is over 310 ships, such as roll-on roll-off ships, off shore project, asphalt ship, container, multipurpose vessel, oil tank, chemical tanker, and so on.

Following China’s New Energy Strategy, it has entered the new energy equipment manufacturing section from 2020，related products including wind farm floating platform, wind-turbine foundation, wave power generation platform and offshore module etc.

廣東中遠海運重工海洋工程裝備制造領域中，主攻輔助類海洋工程產品，已交付和在建產品涵蓋半潛式鉆井輔助平臺、鉆井輔助船、平臺供應船、深水三用工作船、應急響應救援船，并向鉆井船、海洋工程支持船、生活船等多元化產品方向發展。

COSCO SHIPPING HEAVY INDUSTRY（GUANGDONG）specializes in auxiliary marine engineering products in offshore project. It has built types of project such as Scientific Survey Ship, OSV (PSV/AHTS/ERRV), CTV, Tender Rig etc. It has also developed into diversified products such as drilling vessels, MPSV, Accommodation platform and other projects.
 

三、船舶修理改裝

廣東中遠海運重工在船舶修理改裝業務方面始終深耕細作，適應市場和客戶需求，在原有常規船舶修理改裝的基礎上，不斷探索實踐高端船舶與海工的修理改裝。
